In all honesty - being a human being, and that means caring enough to take time out of a busy life to make the changes you want to see happen.
I'm not a great entrepreneur, I have been in successful business for many years, but I am anything but rich. I have worked for the third sector (charities) for those many years - because I care about people.
I now work for another charity that looks after the environment and I want to see both people and the planet respected and protected.
There are many places and people who need help and I do what I can to the best of my ability. I put myself on the front line for people who have little or who need the community to enable them instead of classing them as disabled. I want to see a world that cares about everyone not just how much money a few people can pocket.
The world needs to change and it has to start with that small quiet voice inside each and every one of us that screams out on occasion "That is not fair".
It is not right that the rich get richer at the expense of the poor, it is not right that they get richer at the expense of the planet and future generations.
I might not have the ability to change the world but if I can make it better for just one person, or one animal or one river the I will have succeeded to make change happen, and if we all do that we can make the world a better place.
